Pynest offers a curated range of luxury properties including Private Pool Villas, Beachfront Villas on Serenity Beach and Promenade Beach, Heritage Villas in the French Quarter and White Town, Boutique Homestays, Hut-style Villas, and Family Villas with multiple bedrooms. All properties are personally verified by the Pynest team.

Many of our properties feature exclusive private pools for guests — no sharing with other guests. Our pool villas are clearly tagged in listings. We also offer beachfront villas with direct sea access. Contact our concierge team to find the perfect pool villa for your stay.

Pet policies vary by property. Some of our villas are pet-friendly, particularly the standalone estate villas with large outdoor spaces. Please mention your pet details when contacting our concierge team and we will match you with a suitable pet-friendly villa.

Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM (14:00) and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged based on availability, often at no extra charge for priority members. Please contact our concierge team in advance for special timing requests.

Absolutely. Pynest has a dedicated selection of family villas with multiple bedrooms, large living spaces, private pools, and safe outdoor areas. We have hosted families of up to 20 guests in our estate properties. Our concierge team can also arrange family activities, babysitting services, and child-friendly meals.

Yes, every Pynest booking includes access to our dedicated concierge team. We arrange airport and railway station transfers, private chefs, beach picnics, sightseeing tours, Auroville visits, yoga sessions, spa treatments, restaurant reservations, and more.

Most Pynest villas have a minimum stay of 2 nights, though some properties allow single-night stays on weekdays. Weekend bookings (Friday–Sunday) typically require a 2-night minimum. Extended stays of a week or more attract special rates.

Our villas are strategically located across Pondicherry. French Quarter and White Town villas are within walking distance of Promenade Beach, Rock Beach, and heritage restaurants. Beachfront villas are directly on Serenity Beach or Paradise Beach. Auroville is a 20-minute drive from most properties.
